Like many great ideas, Auntie Lu’s Bakery started in my home kitchen. In 2022, I discovered the ancient, meditative process of sourdough baking. The science, the patience, and the incredibly rewarding crust and crumb of a perfectly proofed loaf immediately captured my heart. Baking sourdough quickly evolved from a hobby into a much-needed creative outlet—a way to step away from the daily grind and create something truly nourishing.

My venture into cake pops was a surprising twist. I initially started creating these fun, miniature treats as a marketing tool for my husband and family's business. It turned out they were a massive hit! I found a different kind of joy in transforming simple cake into beautifully designed, perfectly dipped pop art. The cake pops are a way to bring instant smiles and a little bit of playful elegance to any gathering.
