Pro Tips for Choosing Your Cake Size
The Sheet Cake Secret
For large weddings, order a beautiful display cake (2-3 tiers) and supplement with sheet cakes for kitchen cutting. You get the stunning photos AND save 20-30% on cost.
Dessert Table? Size Down
If you're serving other desserts alongside the cake (cupcakes, cookies, pie), you can safely size down by one tier. Not every guest will have cake.
Kids Count as Half
Young children typically eat half a slice or less. For events with many kids, count them as half-servings when choosing your size.
Always Round Up
When in doubt, go one size bigger. Leftover cake is always welcome — but running out is a party foul nobody forgets.
