Each cake features two layers of moist cake with your choice of filling, covered in smooth buttercream frosting. How many people does a full sheet cake serve?
A full sheet cake serves approximately 48-60 guests with standard-sized slices. A half sheet serves 24-36, and a quarter sheet serves 12-16. If you're serving the cake as the primary dessert, plan for larger slices and use the lower end of the serving range. If it's part of a dessert table with other options, you'll be fine using the higher end. We're happy to help you calculate the right size for your event.
